Gold & Ash Salon Chisago City requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations to respect our stylists’ time and allow waitlisted clients the opportunity to book. All color appointments require a credit card on file to reserve the service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled color service total. After one no-show appointment, a deposit may be required to book future appointments. We understand emergencies happen — please notify us as soon as possible by calling the salon, leaving a voicemail, or rescheduling through Vagaro.

Gold & Ash Forest Lake does not have a salon-wide cancellation policy. Some Forest Lake stylists may require a 24-hour cancellation notice or booking deposit.
